At HazedStore, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel or return an order, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation of Orders:

  • You can cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped or processed. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Note: If your order is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel it, but you may request a return once you receive the item.

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued for orders that have been canceled within the time frame mentioned above, or for items that are returned according to our return policy.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • If the product is returned in a damaged condition, we may deduct the cost of the damage from the refund or issue a partial refund.
